Dylan turned 8 last week! We had a lot of celebrations for him. He's spoiled. :)
On his birthday, we all(Grandma, Mom & Ryan, Dad & Esther) went to dinner with him at his favorite restaurant, Cafe Express. He loves their Mac N Cheese with Grilled chicken on top. After dinner it was home for cake and presents. He was so excited for the presents. He got several new video games, some summer clothes, and lego sets. He couldn't decide what he wanted to play with first. We finally talked him into having some cake!
On Friday night, he had his birthday party. He had a sleepover with 2 of his buddies. He was so excited to have his first sleepover. They had a blast playing video games, legos, and sword fighting. Unfortunately, one of his friends was allergic to the cats and had to go home early. At least he got to have pizza and cupcakes with us. The boys stayed up until after midnight and were up and ready to go at 5am Saturday! I don't know where they got the energy.
All in all Dylan had a great birthday!
